ACCOUNT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to acquire new customer
- Responsible to manage and maintain existing customer
- Work closely with Pre-Sales/Sales Engineer, distributors and other internal BU’s in all sales stages
- Offer Comprehensive IT solution based on customer needs
- Responsible to generate 4X pipeline each quarter
- Run weekly forecast call with Sales Director
- Make cold calls to penetrate the assigned territory in depth and reach out to new and existing customers providing wider market coverage
- Generate new pipeline on a regular basis (Daily/Weekly)
- Cross sell and Upsell solution based on customer requirement
- Make Informative, true and well-organized report about customer visit
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma from any Major and Should be a technology lover
- Typically 4 to 5 years Sales experience required, preferably in IT
- Creative, fast learner and service oriented person
- Have a good skills with Microsoft Office
- Consistently demonstrate proactive learning activities to keep oneself updated on recent technology and competition
- Confident and Representative

SYSTEM ENGINEER

- Create Comprehensive Technical Proposal and present to customer
- Conduct demo and Proof of Concept
- Implement and Maintain company’s solutions at customer site
- Create Technical Report/Documentation
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (IT/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required of this position
- Experienced with System & Network Equipment is a must
- Proficient in System & Networking concept is a must
- Creative and fast learner is a must
- Very Good Analytic Thinking
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadline
- Good written and communication skill in English
